Costume Baldor accepts returns within 7 days of shipment date with the exception of items that are final sale. Items must have all tags attached & be unworn, damage & odor free.

Customers are responsible for postage on returns. Tracking/insurance is recommended. As a small business we don’t profit on the shipping of orders. Who loves shipping fees? Not us! We do our best to offer a competitive & low shipping rate per order , not item (our way of helping reduce negative environmental impacts). We don’t hide the cost of shipping into our pricing. For this reason we ask that customers pay for returns.

Store credit will be issued to all unworn, non-damaged items with all original tags attached within 7 days of receipt. Store credit will be for the item price paid plus taxes collected only. Store credit does not expire.

All items ship via ground mail within 3 business days for standard orders.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We provide tracking at the time of shipment; if you experience a delay or lost package please contact the carrier to investigate.

Items at 30% off or more are final sale & cannot be returned. Swimwear, intimates, accessories & jewelry are all final sale & cannot be returned.

TX state residents will be charged current tax rates.
